updates, news and everything in-between...

This will be milestone in history for dancers in the US and possibly later all over the world. Dancers have somewhat always been in the background both literally and mentally in considerations. This definitely sets some benchmarks for them to work from under improved conditions.

So Bieber Fever is on a high in Norway as 15,000 fans stormed the front at his free show in front of the Oslo Opera House.

Great article. While we stand on the grounds that artists should all be been and compensated for their works, close-to-nothing is better than nothing. Comment on our Facebook wall to let us know what you think!

So conspiracy theories have it that your favorite dance music artists are buying fans from Mexico City. Believe it or not, I guess they just have to let the ticket sales do the talking.

The 2 sure-est things in life that one can never avoid - or can we? Seems like there is a “loop-hole” in the tax system in the US (not sure about other countries/cities in the world). Based on this “loop-hole” I guess that’s how the rich get richer and live without paying taxes as they trade in “invisible” money (shares/stocks options) while the cash/credit transacting people are subjected to a bill every year.

Nothing against what is happening but rather bringing it back to the music/entertainment industry, one would wonder how the cold hard cash that is coming in can be masked into “invisible” money to avoid straight-out annual taxes which essentially puts a dent in the wealth - like in the case of Lady Gaga. Them big CEOs are sitting on a waaay bigger pile of cash and are not subject to taxes till they actually do something with their shares/stock options.

Just in case you havn’t heard, we’ve got New Heights coming to Singapore in July! They’ll be performing at TAB on 7th July. Go get your tickets before they’re all gone! Click on the link to buy your tickets.

A cool tribute to Adam Yaunch AKA MCA. His life in 15 tracks. RIP.
